Catalyst 2030 is a global movement of social entrepreneurs and social innovators from all sectors who share the common goal of creating innovative, people-centric approaches to attain the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
In 2000, the National Curriculum Development Centre introduced Entrepreneurship Education in the Ugandan education In addition, Millennium Development goal number 8 (Develop a Global Partnership for Development) and the Uganda Vision 2035 provide for having a transformed Uganda society from a peasant to modern and prosperous country by 2035. For better life for all Ugandans. Today, Entrepreneurship Education has gained popularity in over 2000 secondary schools.
