Design Thinking

Design thinking is a process to solve problems using creative solutions. At the heart of design thinking, is the focus on people. There are three primary pillars of design thinking including the ability to empathize with the individuals who need the product or service you are designing, ideation and brainstorming several ideas, and experimentation. As part of the process, the solution must be desirable by the target population, technologically feasible, and financially viable. Ultimately, the end goal is to identify an innovative solution that meets the needs of the people.
